i'm really sore
but my new years resolution is to be more body conscious.  cliche i know, but if that is what I want or feel like I need then that is what I’m going to do.  As conceded as it sounds..I see girls I graduated with and in my head I think…geeeeze what happened to you?  They gained a good 15 pounds. I NEVER ever ever want to be that person ever.  So I am going to stick to my guns and work...
